INSIDE THE LOBBY
Slots, live dealer tables, jackpot rooms and fishing arcades sit in one lobby you can scroll from your phone.
Open one RM account and everything sits behind the same sign-in: football and esports markets, live baccarat tables, and slots from studios such as Pragmatic Play and PG Soft. The lobby loads in your phone browser, so you can spin a slot on the train and open a live table on your laptop without installing anything.
Anyone can promise a fair game; the useful question is where the details live. Every market and game page here carries its own settlement notes, so the rules for Football Corners or a live table round sit next to the…
| Game and market notes | Each page documents how that specific game or market settles, including side bets and early-end rules, so you can read the conditions next to the market before you stake. |
|---|---|
| Terms and access conditions | Account terms, eligibility and regional access conditions are linked from the footer of every page, written in plain English rather than legal shorthand, so you know what applies before you register. |
| Contact routes | Live chat and email both reach the same team. Use chat for quick account questions and email when you need to send a screenshot or keep a written record of the answer. |
| Updates and corrections | When a rule or a page changes, we revise the page it affects so the version you read matches the version the platform runs. Spotted an error? Tell us and we will check it. |
At the cashier we place the local rails first instead of burying them under a long list: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX, with every amount shown in Ringgit before you approve it. Each rail behaves differently. FPX sends you to your own bank's login page to authorise the transfer.
DuitNow moves money from your banking app to the account number shown on screen. Touch 'n Go eWallet pays from your wallet balance inside the app. Keep the reference number you get after confirming; support uses it to trace a payment that has not landed.

It depends on the market you picked. Match-winner bets often stand once the required sets are complete, while exact set-score bets are usually voided. Check the retirement note on the market before you stake.
We settle on corners actually awarded during the match, not on crosses or attempts that go out of play. Most lines default to the standard ninety-minute period, so confirm whether stoppage time is included before placing the bet.
No. The full-time market settles on ninety minutes plus stoppage time. A cup tie decided in extra time still pays on the score after normal time, unless you have chosen a market that states it includes extra time.
A series handicap works on maps won across the whole match, while a map handicap applies a round spread inside one map. They settle separately, so read both lines before you combine them in a single bet.
Every game and market tile links to its own notes explaining stakes, settlement and side bets. Wider account terms and access conditions are linked from the footer, and they read the same on mobile and desktop.
You need to meet the minimum gambling age where you are, be in a region our services are available in, and complete identity verification before your first withdrawal. Conditions differ by location, so read the terms that apply to you.
Create your account with your phone number and basic details, sign in, then open the cashier to choose how you want to fund it. All of that works in the phone browser, with no download needed.
Register once and the same login covers football and esports markets, live baccarat tables and every slot room in the lobby. There is no second wallet to top up when you switch between them.
The streamed tables open in the same browser tab as everything else, so a live baccarat or Dragon Tiger round does not send you off to a separate app or a desktop-only page.
Alongside the tables, the lobby keeps a lighter row of slot titles, arcade games and fishing rooms for shorter sessions, where a round finishes in seconds rather than half an hour.
The help pages answer the questions people actually send us, from a login that will not load to a cashout that is still pending, and both live chat and email reach the same team.
HELP AND ACCOUNT
Help starts inside your account rather than in a queue. Live chat opens from the lobby on mobile and desktop, and it is the route we suggest for a deposit or login problem — keep the reference number from your…
Open it from the lobby and tell the team what happened, with the reference number from your cashier page if money is involved. Use it for a stuck deposit or a login issue.
Use email when you need to attach a screenshot, such as a wallet transfer that shows as sent but has not appeared in your account. Include your username and the amount so the team can trace it.
Written for phone screens: how to sign in on a new device, where your bet slip sits, and how to read a cashout status. Read these first for the questions we get most.
Product perspective
Sports markets look alike on the surface, and the differences only turn up when you read the settlement notes. Before you stake, it helps to know what unit the line uses, which period it covers, and what happens if the match ends early. Those three questions apply to a corner line, a tennis handicap and a Valorant map handicap just as much as they do to a straight match-winner bet.
Handicap lines in tennis are quoted in games or in sets, and those are not the same bet. A game handicap can still land after a straight-sets defeat, so check the unit before you look at the price.
LOBBY GAME ROOMS
The casino side of the lobby is sorted by room: slots first, then live dealer tables, then the smaller arcade and fishing titles.
PAGES WORTH A LOOK
Not every question needs a support ticket. Some of the most useful pages here are the ones that explain how a market or a cashout actually works before money is involved.
SportsBefore you back a result, read how the full-time market settles: 1X2 uses ninety minutes plus stoppage time, and extra time or penalties only count if a separate market says so.
Live CasinoOur live tables run on streamed dealer feeds, and the rules page explains how each round is dealt, when the cut card appears, and how player or banker pair side bets are settled.
AccountThe account pages spell out the deposit step, the cashout request step, and the identity verification you complete before money leaves, so nothing is a surprise when you claim.

STUDIO LINEUP
Games come from studios Malaysian players already recognise, including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution and Habanero, covering slots, live dealer tables and arcade titles.
SIDE BY SIDE
Most people find a game through a search, land on a page listing a hundred apps, then spend the next twenty minutes comparing logos. We would rather you spent that time playing.
| One account, one balance | You register once and the same login covers football markets, live baccarat and slots. There is no second wallet to top up when you switch rooms, and your open bets stay visible in the same session. |
|---|---|
| Rules on the page you play on | Instead of opening another site to check how corners settle or when a tennis retirement voids a bet, the settlement notes sit beside the market you are looking at before you stake anything. |
| A cashier you recognise | Local rails such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX are labelled in Ringgit, so the amount you approve is the amount on screen, with no conversion done in your head first. |
| Help that knows your account | When you contact us, the team works from the session you are in rather than asking you to describe it twice, which shortens the back-and-forth on a payment that has not landed. |
Most of the people who play here are on a phone for most of the day. If you are in Petaling Jaya and stuck in traffic, the browser lobby loads without an app store detour, and your session keeps its…
